We operate Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5:30pm. Training sessions outside of these hours may be available by appointment - please contact us to discuss your availability.

We will provide feedback and support so you can rebook when ready. Additional training may be required, and re-assessment fees may apply.

In most cases, training is provided in our vehicles. If you would like to use your own, please contact us to discuss the requirements and suitability of your vehicle.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, due to preparation and scheduling involved in heavy vehicle training and assessments, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations and Rescheduling: • More than 72 hours' notice: No cancellation fee. You may reschedule or cancel with a full refund of any pre-paid fees. • 24-72 hours' notice: A 25% cancellation fee applies, or you may reschedule once at no extra charge. • Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: The full training / assessment fee will be retained, as we are unable to fill the spot on short notice. Medical Exemption: If a cancellation is due to a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess these situations on a case-by-case basis. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Please contact us via phone or email during business hours to cancel or reschedule your booking. Changes are only confirmed once acknowledged by our team. While we cannot guarantee a pass, we do everything we can to set you up for success. Our goal is to make sure you're fully prepared, confident, and competent before you take your assessment. If extra support or training is needed, we'll work with you to get you there.
